Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Razzle Dazzle Clean Co ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Services
We provide regular domestic cleaning, one-off cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning and related cleaning services.
3. Use of Business Systems
We use trusted third-party systems including Niftie (scheduling, customer management and communications) and Xero (invoicing and accounting).
4. Access to Property
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed appointment time.
5. Keys, Alarm Codes and Access Information
Any keys, key safe codes, alarm codes or access instructions provided to us will be stored securely and used solely for service delivery purposes.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. Less than 24 hours' notice may result in up to 100% of the visit cost being charged.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due on the due date stated on the invoice (date of the clean) Payments can be made via the invoice, bank transfer or card in person or via the invoice.
8. Cleaning Standards
Any concerns regarding cleaning standards should be reported within 24 hours of the visit.
9. Breakages and Damage
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
10. Health and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse work where conditions are unsafe, unsanitary or infestations.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
Customer information is used solely for delivering services, managing bookings, invoicing and meeting legal obligations.
12. Confidentiality
All staff are expected to treat customer information confidentially.
13. Non-Solicitation of Staff
Customers agree not to directly employ staff introduced through Razzle Dazzle Clean Co for 12 months following the final service date.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
